The Civil Rights Compliance Branch is committed to the Department’s overall compliance with federal, state departmental administrative rules ma policies, which strictly prohibit any form o le faailoga tagata, including harassment and/or retaliation based upon a protected class, as it relates to students, employees ma members o the public who access our services, programs ma activities.

The CRCB oversees the Department’s compliance with federal laws that include, but are not limited to:
