In the event of a sudden or chronic health condition that prevents a student from physically attending school for a minimum of 10 consecutive school days, the student’s parent(s) may complete and submit Sections I and II of the Pepa Au'aunaga mo Falema'i ile Fale (PDF) to the school’s student services coordinator to request Home Hospital Instruction Services. A Student Support Team will then be convened to discuss the best means of providing the student with a continuity of educational services between the classroom and the home or hospital.
