  • Hilopaʻa provides information and referral, technical assistance and training for parents with children with disabilities. Hilopa‘a Center is staffed by parents and friends of children with special health care needs. In the event of a sudden or chronic health condition that prevents a student from physically attending school for a minimum of 10 consecutive school days, the student’s parent(s) may complete and submit Sections I and II of the แบบฟอร์มการให้คำแนะนำด้านบริการโรงพยาบาลที่บ้าน (PDF) to the school’s student services coordinator to request Home Hospital Instruction Services. Monitoring and Compliance Branch – IDEA Team
