The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Hawai‘i Administrative Rules (HAR), Chapter 60, protects the rights of children with disabilities, ages 3 through 21 and their parents. These protections are identified in the Procedural Safeguards Notice.

34 CFR §300.504(a) 및 HAR §8-60-59에 따라 학교는 학년도에 한 번만 절차적 보호 고지 사본을 학생에게 제공해야 합니다.

- 학년도 중 처음으로 주정부에서 불만 사항을 접수하고 처음으로 적법절차에 따른 불만 사항을 접수한 경우.
- 34 CFR §300.530(h)의 징계 절차에 따라.
- 귀하의 요청에 따라.
