School Year 2025-26 Application Periods

모든 학교버스 신청자(유료 및 무료 승객 모두)는 아래 일정에 따라 분기별로 신청해야 합니다.

• Quarter 1: July 14 to Aug. 22, 2025
• Quarter 2: Sept. 22 to Oct. 17, 2025
• Quarter 3: Dec. 12, 2025 to Jan. 9, 2026
• Quarter 4: Mar. 2 to Mar. 27, 2026

지원서는 분기별로 제출해야 하며 지정된 기간 외에는 접수되지 않습니다. 이에 따라 계획하세요.

일반 자격

정기 버스 서비스를 이용하려면:

• 학생은 버스 서비스가 가능한 HIDOE 공립학교에 등록되어 있어야 합니다.
• 유치원~5학년 학생은 거주 학교에서 1마일 이상 떨어진 곳에 거주해야 합니다.
• 6학년~12학년 학생은 거주하는 학교에서 1.5마일 이상 떨어져 있어야 합니다.

 다음과 같은 학생에게는 정기 버스 서비스가 제공되지 않습니다.

• Reside within the minimum qualifying distance walk zone.
  • Walk zone is calculated from the recorded home address in Infinite Campus to the nearest public access for the school campus (not from the main office).
• Students attending school on a Geographical Exception (GE).
• 집이 아닌 다른 목적지로 이동하기 위한 교통수단이 필요합니다.
• Attend a school that does not have school bus services.

신청 단계

1. 다운로드 SY 2025-2026 HIDOE 스쿨버스 핸드북 신청서(PDF) and review.
2. For online applications, please use the Apply Online Icon or click here. 
   • A valid student ID number is required to apply. 
   • Upon application review by your school, an email notification shall be sent rendering their decision and next steps.
   • Online payments shall be processed via EZ School Pay; bus payment options shall only be available after the application has been approved by the school.
   • If payment is not received by the quarterly deadline, your approved application will be removed and your student may lose their seat on the bus.
3. For manual application submission (in-person at your school office), complete both sides of the application form; indicate the type of service and payment in Part III of the application.  
   • You will be notified of approval or disapproval of your bus application by your school either by email and/or phone call.
   • In-person payment shall be collected upon approval of the application by your school.  Approved payment options include:
     • Cash
     • Money Order and/or Cashier’s Check
     • NO PERSONAL CHECKS
   • If payment is not received by the quarterly deadline, your approved application will be removed and your student may lose their seat on the bus.
4. Students applying for free bus transportation shall complete Part IV of the application and indicate the reason(s) for eligibility.
5. 자녀에게는 영구 패스가 나올 때까지 사용할 임시 버스 패스가 발급됩니다. 학생이 사무실 직원에게 체크인하여 영구 버스 패스 카드를 받도록 하세요. 영구 버스 패스 카드를 받으면 임시 버스 패스를 반납해야 합니다. 버스 패스는 양도할 수 없으며 지정된 버스 노선과 분기에만 유효합니다.

무료 버스 자격

Free bus eligibility is evaluated on an individual basis.  Students attending Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) schools shall also qualify on an individual basis. 다음 기준 중 하나 이상을 충족하는 학생은 무료 분기별 버스 패스를 받을 자격이 있습니다.

• 학생은 가계 소득 정보에 따라 무료 급식 프로그램에 참여할 자격이 있습니다. (참고: 할인 급식에 참여할 자격이 있는 학생은 무료 버스 패스를 받을 자격이 없습니다).
• 학생은 위탁아입니다.
• Student is home displaced and eligible for benefits under the McKinney-Vento Act (MVA).
• 학생은 교육부로부터 지정된 출석 지역 밖의 학교에 다니라는 지시를 받았습니다.
• 학생의 형제자매 중 3명 이상이 각자의 학교에서 버스 요금을 내고 버스를 이용하고, 3명의 유료 승객마다 1명이 무료 유료 승객입니다.
