Summer Learning provides an extended learning opportunity for students to have access to academic courses, enrichment, acceleration and/or remediation experiences.

  Hawai‘i Technology Academy offers virtual summer school classes for grades 9-12.
• #808Reads summer reading challenge
  Students and families will have access to free reading and enrichment activities all summer long.
• ​Hawai’i Afterschool Alliance summer program resources
• University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa College of Education Summer Programs
  Offers a variety of courses designed for students entering grades 1–9, from their well-known Hawaiʻi Nature Studies Program to hands-on robotics, art, and STEAM classes, to spark a lifelong love of learning!
• Honolulu Community College Summer CTE Academy
  Free 6 week program, held at Honolulu CC and is open to all high school Juniors and Seniors.
• Project Hokulani-CLD TEAMS Summer Camp
  Free summer camps for incoming 7th–12th graders on O‘ahu, Hawai‘i Island, and Lāna‘i led by the faculty and staff at the Center on Disability Studies, College of Education, University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. Application Deadline: Hilo and Mānoa: May 2, 2025, Lāna’i: June 25, 2025.
