Out-of-School Time プログラム

Out-of-school time (OST) programs, funded by state and federal resources, are designed to provide high-quality learning experiences that extend beyond the regular school day and exposes students to experiences and opportunities not found during the regular school day. These programs are essential in enhancing student outcomes by linking academic learning with OST activities, positively impacting behavior, attendance, and academic performance. 

With consistent attendance, students benefit from academic support and opportunities to develop social-emotional skills. OST programs in HIDOE are administered by the コミュニティエンゲージメント部門.

• Afterschool Plus (A+) — 小学生に体系的な放課後ケアと学習を提供します。

• 充実、運動、文化、健康のためのリソース (REACH) — Enrichment programs aimed at holistic student development for middle/intermediate school students.
• Nita M. Lowey 21 世紀コミュニティ学習センター (21CCLC) — 複雑な地域の学生と家族のためのコミュニティ学習を促進します。
• OST 小中学校緊急救援 (OST ESSER) — 連邦政府の資金援助による学習および教育機会の提供を通じて、緊急事態中の学生をサポートします。
