IDEA Section 618 reports

Section 618 of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEYA) requires each state to submit annual data on children with disabilities ages 3 through 21 who receive special education and related services under Part B of IDEA. These reports are used to ensure implementation of programs designed to improve results for children and youth with disabilities.
