State Performance Plan/Annual Performance Report
The State Performance Plan/Annual Performance Report (SPP/APR) helps us to track and improve the education and services provided to students with disabilities across Hawaiʻi. By focusing on key areas like graduation rates, academic achievement and access to inclusive classrooms, this plan ensures that students with special needs receive the support they need to thrive.
IDEA Section 618 reports
Section 618 of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) requires each state to submit annual data on children with disabilities ages 3 through 21 who receive special education and related services under Part B of IDEA. These reports are used to ensure implementation of programs designed to improve results for children and youth with disabilities. Reports are posted following submission to the U.S. Department of Education. Please check back later to view reports that are not yet available.
