The Monitoring and Compliance Branch (MAC), IDEA Team, under the Office of the Deputy Superintendent, supports the implementation of the Individuals with Disabilities Edukasyon Improvement Act of 2004 (IDEA) and Hawai‘i Administrative Rules (HAR), Chapter 60 requirements to improve educational outcomes for students with disabilities and their families.
