公民權利議題

Anyone who knows or suspects fraud, waste, abuse, mismanagement, or violations of laws and regulations involving U.S. Department of Education funds should contact the Office of Inspector General (OIG) Hotline. This includes allegations of suspected wrongdoing by Department employees, contractors, grantees, schools, school officials, and volunteers.

WHISTLEBLOWER RIGHTS AND PROTECTIONS

Whistleblowers have the right to protection from retaliation (41 U.S.C. 4712). If you feel you are a victim of adverse action due to reporting violations of the law (e.g., fraud, waste, conflict of interest, bribery), contact the fraud and ethics hotline or use the 網路檢舉服務.
