1. Substitute Teacher Certification

Dili gikinahanglan alang niadtong nakakompleto sa State-Approved Teacher Education Program (SATEP).

Gikinahanglan alang niadtong adunay bachelor's degree apan walay pagbansay sa magtutudlo (kinahanglan makompleto ang usa ka certification program nga adunay passing score nga 80% o mas taas pa).

Substitute teacher certifications are valid for five years and must be renewed to continue employment. Certifications may be obtained using one of the following programs:

• The Department’s Community School for Adults (CSA)

• The Master Teacher: Substitute Teacher Online Training

wages & Benefits

Substitute teachers are paid a daily rate based on their qualifications. They are not eligible for the Employees’ Retirement System but may participate in a 403(b) Plano sa Tax-Sheltered Annuity (TSA).. Ang mga sweldo gipailalom sa buhis sa Social Security ug Medicare.
