{"id":9217,"date":"2024-09-11T09:51:00","date_gmt":"2024-09-11T19:51:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hawaiipublicschools.org\/?p=9217"},"modified":"2025-07-16T15:20:07","modified_gmt":"2025-07-17T01:20:07","slug":"2024-hidoe-awarded-60-million-in-five-year-comprehensive-literacy-state-development-grant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hawaiipublicschools.org\/zh_tw\/2024-hidoe-awarded-60-million-in-five-year-comprehensive-literacy-state-development-grant\/","title":{"rendered":"HIDOE \u9812\u767c 6000 \u842c\u7f8e\u5143\u4e94\u5e74\u7d9c\u5408\u6383\u76f2\u5dde\u767c\u5c55\u88dc\u52a9\u91d1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u6a80\u9999\u5c71\u2014\u7f8e\u570b\u6559\u80b2\u90e8\u5411\u590f\u5a01\u5937\u6559\u80b2\u90e8 (HIDOE) \u6388\u4e88\u4e00\u7b46\u70ba\u671f\u4e94\u5e74\u3001\u7e3d\u984d\u70ba $60 \u842c\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u64a5\u6b3e\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u63a8\u52d5\u516c\u7acb\u5b78\u6821\u6709\u6548\u3001\u57fa\u65bc\u8b49\u64da\u7684\u8b80\u5beb\u80fd\u529b\u5be6\u8e10\u3002\u6b64\u524d\uff0c\u8a72\u5dde\u5728 2016 \u5e74\u7372\u5f97\u4e86\u8fd1 $50 \u842c\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u4e94\u5e74\u671f\u7d9c\u5408\u6383\u76f2\u5dde\u767c\u5c55 (CLSD) \u88dc\u52a9\u91d1\u3002 <a href=\"https:\/\/hawaiipublicschools.org\/zh_tw\/about\/federal-grants\/comprehensive-literacy-state-development-grant-clsd\/\">2019<\/a>\u3002\u8a9e\u8a00\u85dd\u8853\u80fd\u529b\u662f\u6559\u80b2\u59d4\u54e1\u6703 2023-29 \u5e74\u8a08\u756b\u4e2d\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u7e3e\u6548\u6307\u6a19 <a href=\"https:\/\/hawaiipublicschools.org\/zh_tw\/about\/strategic-plan\/\">\u6230\u7565\u8a08\u5283<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose of the CLSD grant is to support states in creating comprehensive literacy programs to advance literacy skills, including pre-literacy skills, reading, and writing, for children from birth through grade 12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6839\u64da\u667a\u6167\u5e73\u8861\u8a55\u4f30 (SBA) \u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u81ea 2019 \u5e74\u7372\u5f97 CLSD \u8cc7\u52a9\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0c\u590f\u5a01\u5937\u516c\u7acb\u5b78\u6821\u7684\u82f1\u8a9e\u8a9e\u8a00\u85dd\u8853 (ELA) \u6c34\u6e96\u5f9e 2021 \u5e74\u5230 2022 \u5e74\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86 2 \u500b\u767e\u5206\u9ede\uff0c\u6574\u9ad4\u6210\u7e3e\u4e00\u76f4\u4fdd\u6301\u7a69\u5b9a\u5728 52%\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u75ab\u60c5\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c2020 \u5e74\u6c92\u6709\u8003\u8a66\u6210\u7e3e\u3002\u5728\u9019\u6b21\u6a19\u6e96\u5316\u8a55\u4f30\u4e2d\uff0c\u590f\u5a01\u5937\u5728\u82f1\u8a9e\u8a9e\u8a00\u85dd\u8853 (ELA) \u9818\u57df\u5f9e\u75ab\u60c5\u4e2d\u6062\u5fa9\u7684\u5b78\u8853\u8868\u73fe\u5728\u5168\u570b\u8655\u65bc\u9818\u5148\u5730\u4f4d\uff0c\u4e26\u8207\u611b\u9054\u8377\u5dde\u4e26\u5217 2022-23 \u5b78\u5e74\u8a9e\u8a00\u85dd\u8853 SBA \u719f\u7df4\u7387\u6700\u9ad8\u3002\u8fd1\u671f\u7684\u9032\u6b65\u662f\u570b\u5bb6\u6210\u7e3e\u55ae\u6216\u570b\u5bb6\u6559\u80b2\u9032\u5c55\u8a55\u4f30\uff08NAEP\uff09\u9577\u671f\u7a69\u5b9a\u6539\u5584\u8da8\u52e2\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002 2003 \u5e74\u81f3 2022 \u5e74\u9593\uff0c\u590f\u5a01\u5937\u5b78\u751f\u5728 NAEP \u4e0a\u56db\u5e74\u7d1a\u95b1\u8b80\u6210\u7e3e\u5f9e\u7b2c 44 \u4f4d\u5347\u81f3\u7b2c 9 \u4f4d\uff0c\u516b\u5e74\u7d1a\u95b1\u8b80\u6210\u7e3e\u5f9e\u7b2c 50 \u4f4d\u5347\u81f3\u7b2c 25 \u4f4d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Subgrants will be distributed to complex areas through a competitive grant process to develop comprehensive literacy plans aligned to the state\u2019s Comprehensive Literacy Instruction Plan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5% \u64a5\u6b3e\u5c07\u7528\u65bc\u5be6\u73fe\u5dde\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u6210\u7acb\u4e00\u500b\u5de5\u4f5c\u5c0f\u7d44\u4f86\u5be9\u67e5\u590f\u5a01\u5937\u5dde\u6383\u76f2\u8a08\u5283\uff1b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40% to HIDOE complex areas to be used for K-5 evidence-based literacy initiatives;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40% to HIDOE complex areas to be used for grade 6-12 evidence-based literacy initiatives;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15% to be used for birth to age 5 focus areas such as phonics awareness, letter recognition, and high-quality professional development in literacy practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Requests for Proposals will be solicited during fall 2024 for school year 2024-25 implementation. HIDOE has received $5.14 million for the period beginning Oct. 1, 2024, which is the full amount requested for the first year of the grant.
