{"id":10390,"date":"2025-03-28T09:00:25","date_gmt":"2025-03-28T19:00:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hawaiipublicschools.org\/?p=10390"},"modified":"2025-11-13T08:40:54","modified_gmt":"2025-11-13T18:40:54","slug":"2025-hidoe-offering-summer-learning-opportunities-for-all-grade-levels","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hawaiipublicschools.org\/zh_tw\/2025-hidoe-offering-summer-learning-opportunities-for-all-grade-levels\/","title":{"rendered":"HIDOE \u70ba\u5404\u5e74\u7d1a\u63d0\u4f9b\u6691\u671f\u5b78\u7fd2\u6a5f\u6703"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>HONOLULU \u2014 \u200bThis summer the Hawai\u02bbi State Department of Education (HIDOE) will continue offering a wide range of <a href=\"https:\/\/hawaiipublicschools.org\/zh_tw\/summer-learning-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">summer learning programs<\/a> to support and engage students across all grade levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOur robust summer learning opportunities have been integral in accelerating and enriching student learning,\u201d Superintendent Keith Hayashi said&nbsp; \u201cWe\u2019re focused on building on the progress made over the past few years, and we encourage families to explore the many options available to support their child\u2019s learning and growth this summer.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Programs will be available for all grade levels \u2013 from a kindergarten transition program for incoming students to paid internships for graduating seniors. Families should check with their child\u2019s school for specific program offerings and registration details. Highlights include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u6691\u671f\u73ed<\/strong><br>Programs will be offered for students in grades K-12 for enrichment, remediation, credit advancement or credit recovery. Schools may also offer targeted support based on specific student needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>High school students (Grades 9\u201312) can register for online summer courses through Hawai\u2018i Online Courses, formerly known as E-School.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Summer Start Kindergarten Transition Program will also return this year. Hosted at students\u2019 home schools, it provides incoming kindergartners \u2013 particularly those with limited or no preschool experience \u2013 a chance to build confidence and independence through early exposure to classroom routines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Specialized Student Support<\/strong><br>Extended learning opportunities will be available for students needing specialized services and support.
