{"id":67,"date":"2024-09-04T22:37:59","date_gmt":"2024-09-04T22:37:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hawaiipublicschools.org\/?page_id=67"},"modified":"2025-11-25T10:48:29","modified_gmt":"2025-11-25T20:48:29","slug":"express-county-bus-pass-program","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/hawaiipublicschools.org\/zh_tw\/school-services\/express-county-bus-pass-program\/","title":{"rendered":"EXPRESS \u7e23\u5df4\u58eb\u901a\u884c\u8b49\u8a08\u5283"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"intro\" style=\"font-size:clamp(0.875rem, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 0.2rem) * 0.531), 1.3rem);\">With the continual down trend of available qualified school bus drivers, the Hawai\u02bbi State Department of Education (Department) has continued to partner with the four counties in a collaborative effort to provide transportation options for HIDOE students.<br><br>The EXPRESS program\u2013which stands for <a href=\"https:\/\/iportal.k12.hi.us\/express\/\">\u64f4\u5927\u4e58\u5ba2\u91cf\u4ee5\u6559\u80b2\u5b78\u6821\u5b78\u751f<\/a>\u2014was piloted in the 2022\u201323 school year to help mitigate the impacts of the ongoing national school bus driver shortage. Effective school year 2025-2026, EXPRESS will extend availability to students attending middle and\/or intermediate schools statewide.<br><br>The Department has extended this option as a courtesy to support families; however, it is not a mandated service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">\u8cc7\u683c<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>\u514d\u8cbb\u7e23\u901a\u884c\u8b49\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u8cc7\u683c\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u66f4\u65b0<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be a Hawai\u02bbi public school student attending middle and\/or intermediate or high school with an active HIDOE ID number; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend their home school (no Geographical Exemptions); and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reside 1.5 miles or more from their home school in their public school attendance area.&nbsp; Walkzone is calculated from the recorded home address in Infinite Campus to the nearest public access for the school campus (not from the main office).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The application period will open on July 14, 2025, and close on May 12, 2026.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your child has an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or Modified Plan (MP) that includes transportation as a related service, please contact your district educational specialist (DES) for more information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For students eligible under the McKinney-Vento Act (MVA), all bus pass requests must be submitted using the School Bus Application form (ST-70) and completed MV-1 form. For assistance with the county bus pass process, please contact your complex area MVA liaison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7533\u8acb\u6d41\u7a0b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Your student may only use<strong> one<\/strong> transportation option at a time.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your student has an existing regular school bus pass, they will have to discontinue this service if they choose to apply for an EXPRESS pass. EXPRESS applications will be approved on an annual basis. Please choose the right option for your student as they cannot change their pass type for the remainder of the year.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For families that do not meet the transportation eligibility criteria, please see your county\u2019s bus agencies for more information on purchasing a youth pass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7533\u8acb\u6b65\u9a5f<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u8acb\u67e5\u770b\u76f8\u61c9\u5cf6\u5dbc\u4ea4\u901a\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\u7db2\u7ad9\u4ee5\u7372\u53d6\u8def\u7dda\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u4e26\u8207\u60a8\u7684\u5b69\u5b50\u4e00\u8d77\u78ba\u5b9a\u516c\u8eca\u8def\u7dda\u3001\u6642\u9593\u548c\u5730\u9ede\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check your student\u2019s transportation eligibility:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check the distance from your student\u2019s listed home address (as recorded in Infinite Campus) to home school.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the distance is 1.5 miles or more and your student is not attending school on a GE, then your student qualifies for a free EXPRESS pass.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u586b\u5beb\u7dda\u4e0a\u7533\u8acb\u8868 <a href=\"https:\/\/iportal.k12.hi.us\/express\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u9019\u88e1<\/a> (Applications will be available until May 12, 2026). Transportation eligibility will be determined by the home and school location in Infinite Campus. You will be notified during this process if your student is approved for an EXPRESS pass.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upon application submission, passes will be available for pick up at your school office within ten (10) to 14 business days.&nbsp;&nbsp;\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Due to high volume requests at the beginning of the year, delays may occur to printing errors and delivery time. HOLO \u5361\uff08\u50c5\u9650\u74e6\u80e1\u5cf6\uff09<\/strong><br><em>\u9078\u9805 1\uff1a<\/em>&nbsp;\u5c0d\u65bc\u7dda\u4e0a\u66f4\u63db\u2014\u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thebus.org\/Fare\/YouthFare_submitFormNew.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DOE \u5feb\u901f\u66f4\u63db\u5361\u7247\u8868\u683c<\/a><br>\u66f4\u63db\u662f\u514d\u8cbb\u7684\uff0c\u5c07\u5728 5-7 \u500b\u5de5\u4f5c\u5929\u5167\u90f5\u5bc4\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u9078\u9805 2\uff1a<\/em> \u9031\u4e00\u81f3\u9031\u4e94\uff08\u57ce\u5e02\u5047\u671f\u9664\u5916\uff09\u4e0a\u5348 7:30 \u81f3\u4e0b\u5348 4:00 \u524d\u5f80\u4ea4\u901a\u901a\u884c\u8b49\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\uff08\u4f4d\u65bc Middle Street \u548c Kamehameha Hwy \u4ea4\u53c9\u53e3\u7684 Kalihi \u4ea4\u901a\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff09\u3002<br>\u53ef\u5728\u904e\u5883\u901a\u884c\u8b49\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\u8cfc\u8cb7\u66ff\u63db\u5361\uff0c\u6bcf\u5f35\u5361\u50f9\u683c\u70ba $2\u3002\u5efa\u8b70\u60a8\u4e0d\u9072\u65bc\u4e0b\u5348 3 \u9ede\u5230\u9054\uff0c\u4ee5\u514d\u6392\u968a\u3002<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow handbook<\/a> \u4e86\u89e3\u66f4\u591a\u3002<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>\u6211\u53ef\u4ee5\u53bb\u7e23\u4ea4\u901a\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\u9818\u53d6\u5b78\u751f\u8b49\u55ce\uff1f<\/summary>\n<p>\u4e0d\uff0c\u521d\u59cb\u516c\u8eca\u5361\u5c07\u5206\u767c\u5230\u5b78\u6821\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\u3002\u6709\u95dc\u66f4\u63db\u5361\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u8acb\u53c3\u95b1\u4e0a\u9762\u7684\u201c\u4e1f\u5931\/\u88ab\u76dc\/\u640d\u58de\u201d\u5361\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details \u7533\u8acb\u5c07\u6309\u5e74\u5ea6\u7372\u5f97\u6279\u51c6\u3002\u8acb\u70ba\u60a8\u7684\u5b78\u751f\u9078\u64c7\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u9078\u9805\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u4ed6\u5011\u5728\u4eca\u5e74\u5269\u9918\u6642\u9593\u5167\u7121\u6cd5\u66f4\u6539\u5176\u901a\u884c\u8b49\u985e\u578b\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u9078\u64c7\u53d6\u6d88\u73fe\u6709\u7684\u6821\u8eca\u5feb\u901f\u901a\u884c\u8b49\uff0c\u60a8\u5c07\u7121\u6cd5\u5728\u672c\u5b78\u5e74\u5269\u9918\u6642\u9593\u5167\u6062\u5fa9\u5b83\u3002<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<h2
