Trong kho\u1ea3ng th\u1eddi gian t\u1eeb n\u0103m 2003 \u0111\u1ebfn n\u0103m 2022, Hawai\u02bbi \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0a h\u1ecdc sinh c\u1ee7a m\u00ecnh l\u00ean h\u00e0ng \u0111\u1ea7u v\u1ec1 m\u00f4n \u0111\u1ecdc l\u1edbp 4 t\u1eeb v\u1ecb tr\u00ed th\u1ee9 44 l\u00ean v\u1ecb tr\u00ed th\u1ee9 9 v\u00e0 m\u00f4n \u0111\u1ecdc l\u1edbp 8 t\u1eeb v\u1ecb tr\u00ed th\u1ee9 50 l\u00ean v\u1ecb tr\u00ed th\u1ee9 25 tr\u00ean NAEP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Subgrants will be distributed to complex areas through a competitive grant process to develop comprehensive literacy plans aligned to the state\u2019s Comprehensive Literacy Instruction Plan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5% trong s\u1ed1 ti\u1ec1n t\u00e0i tr\u1ee3 s\u1ebd \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng \u0111\u1ec3 hi\u1ec7n th\u1ef1c h\u00f3a c\u00e1c m\u1ee5c ti\u00eau c\u1ee7a ti\u1ec3u bang nh\u01b0 th\u00e0nh l\u1eadp nh\u00f3m l\u00e0m vi\u1ec7c \u0111\u1ec3 xem x\u00e9t K\u1ebf ho\u1ea1ch x\u00f3a m\u00f9 ch\u1eef c\u1ee7a ti\u1ec3u bang Hawai&#039;i;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40% to HIDOE complex areas to be used for K-5 evidence-based literacy initiatives;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40% to HIDOE complex areas to be used for grade 6-12 evidence-based literacy initiatives;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15% to be used for birth to age 5 focus areas such as phonics awareness, letter recognition, and high-quality professional development in literacy practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Requests for Proposals will be solicited during fall 2024 for school year 2024-25 implementation. HIDOE has received $5.14 million for the period beginning Oct. 1, 2024, which is the full amount requested for the first year of the grant.
