All students riding HIDOE school buses shall abide by the following rules for their own safety and the safety of others. Riding the school bus is a privilege, not a right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns double_col_sidebar is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column left_col is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Hawai\u02bbi Administrative Rule (HAR) 8-28 provides guidance to provide safe transportation for students by setting safety regulations relating to passenger conduct, passenger safety instructions, disciplinary procedures, and school bus driver&#8217;s responsibility and authority.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quy \u0111\u1ecbnh xe bu\u00fdt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>T\u1ea1i tr\u1ea1m xe bu\u00fdt \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u00e0 khi l\u00ean xe, h\u1ecdc sinh ph\u1ea3i:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Not bring other children who will not be passengers on the bus or animals to the bus stop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C\u00f3 m\u1eb7t \u0111\u00fang gi\u1edd t\u1ea1i tr\u1ea1m xe bu\u00fdt tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ecdc \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ecbnh \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ea3m b\u1ea3o xe bu\u00fdt ch\u1ea1y \u0111\u00fang l\u1ecbch tr\u00ecnh.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tr\u00e1nh xa \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng khi ch\u1edd xe bu\u00fdt v\u00e0 c\u01b0 x\u1eed m\u1ed9t c\u00e1ch an to\u00e0n trong khi ch\u1edd \u0111\u1ee3i.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kh\u00f4ng n\u00f3i chuy\u1ec7n l\u1edbn ti\u1ebfng t\u1ea1i c\u00e1c tr\u1ea1m xe bu\u00fdt v\u00ec c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 l\u00e0m phi\u1ec1n c\u01b0 d\u00e2n g\u1ea7n \u0111\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kh\u00f4ng x\u1ea3 r\u00e1c ho\u1eb7c l\u00e0m h\u1ecfng t\u00e0i s\u1ea3n c\u00f4ng c\u1ed9ng ho\u1eb7c t\u01b0 nh\u00e2n t\u1ea1i c\u00e1c tr\u1ea1m xe bu\u00fdt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kh\u00f4ng x\u00e2m ph\u1ea1m t\u00e0i s\u1ea3n ri\u00eang khi \u0111ang ch\u1edd xe bu\u00fdt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>X\u1ebfp h\u00e0ng theo h\u00e0ng m\u1ed9t, tr\u1eadt t\u1ef1 v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ee3i cho \u0111\u1ebfn khi xe bu\u00fdt d\u1eebng h\u1eb3n m\u1edbi l\u00ean xe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0110i b\u1ed9 \u1edf l\u1ec1 \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng h\u01b0\u1edbng v\u1ec1 ph\u00eda xe c\u1ed9 \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ebfn tr\u1ea1m xe bu\u00fdt n\u1ebfu kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 v\u1ec9a h\u00e8.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kh\u00f4ng mang l\u00ean xe bu\u00fdt nh\u1eefng v\u1eadt d\u1ee5ng c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 g\u00e2y th\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u00edch cho h\u00e0nh kh\u00e1ch ho\u1eb7c mang theo nh\u1eefng v\u1eadt d\u1ee5ng kh\u00f4ng th\u1ec3 c\u1ea5t gi\u1eef an to\u00e0n d\u01b0\u1edbi gh\u1ebf ng\u1ed3i.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u1eed d\u1ee5ng tay v\u1ecbn v\u00e0 ch\u00fa \u00fd b\u01b0\u1edbc ch\u00e2n khi l\u00ean xe bu\u00fdt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Khi \u1edf tr\u00ean xe bu\u00fdt, h\u1ecdc sinh ph\u1ea3i:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lu\u00f4n gi\u1eef tay v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ea7u \u1edf b\u00ean trong xe bu\u00fdt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not scream, talk or laugh loudly, engage in horseplay, or otherwise behave in a manner that may divert the driver\u2019s attention and result in an accident.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Treat bus equipment as valuable furniture. The offender or the offender\u2019s parent shall pay for damage to seats, windows and other equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kh\u00f4ng \u0103n ho\u1eb7c u\u1ed1ng b\u1ea5t k\u1ef3 \u0111\u1ed3 u\u1ed1ng n\u00e0o tr\u00ean \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111i \u0111\u1ebfn v\u00e0 r\u1eddi tr\u01b0\u1eddng tr\u1eeb khi c\u1ea7n thi\u1ebft v\u00ec l\u00fd do y t\u1ebf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u1ee5ng v\u00e0o xe bu\u00fdt ho\u1eb7c b\u1ea5t k\u1ef3 thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb n\u00e0o tr\u00ean xe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u1ec3 s\u00e1ch v\u1edf, g\u00f3i h\u00e0ng, \u00e1o kho\u00e1c v\u00e0 c\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed3 v\u1eadt kh\u00e1c tr\u00ean l\u1ed1i \u0111i.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u1ede l\u1ea1i tr\u00ean xe bu\u00fdt trong tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p kh\u1ea9n c\u1ea5p tr\u00ean \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng, tr\u1eeb khi c\u00f3 ch\u1ec9 th\u1ecb kh\u00e1c t\u1eeb t\u00e0i x\u1ebf xe bu\u00fdt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kh\u00f4ng n\u00e9m b\u1ea5t c\u1ee9 th\u1ee9 g\u00ec ra kh\u1ecfi c\u1eeda s\u1ed5 xe bu\u00fdt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ng\u1ed3i y\u00ean t\u1ea1i ch\u1ed7 khi xe bu\u00fdt \u0111ang ch\u1ea1y.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kh\u00f4ng h\u00fat thu\u1ed1c, u\u1ed1ng r\u01b0\u1ee3u, c\u1edd b\u1ea1c, \u0111\u00e1nh nhau ho\u1eb7c tham gia v\u00e0o b\u1ea5t k\u1ef3 h\u00e0nh vi n\u00e0o kh\u00e1c c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 g\u00e2y nguy hi\u1ec3m cho s\u1ee9c kh\u1ecfe ho\u1eb7c \u0111\u1ea1o \u0111\u1ee9c.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n theo m\u1ecdi ch\u1ec9 d\u1eabn c\u1ee7a t\u00e0i x\u1ebf.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Khi xu\u1ed1ng xe bu\u00fdt v\u00e0 b\u0103ng qua \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng, h\u1ecdc sinh ph\u1ea3i tu\u00e2n th\u1ee7 c\u00e1c quy tr\u00ecnh sau:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c xu\u1ed1ng xe bu\u00fdt t\u1ea1i c\u00e1c tr\u1ea1m xe bu\u00fdt th\u00f4ng th\u01b0\u1eddng, tr\u1eeb khi \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c hi\u1ec7u tr\u01b0\u1edfng nh\u00e0 tr\u01b0\u1eddng cho ph\u00e9p tr\u01b0\u1edbc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u1eed d\u1ee5ng tay v\u1ecbn v\u00e0 ch\u00fa \u00fd b\u01b0\u1edbc ch\u00e2n khi xu\u1ed1ng xe bu\u00fdt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Khi b\u0103ng qua \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng t\u1ea1i tr\u1ea1m xe bu\u00fdt, h\u1ecdc sinh ph\u1ea3i \u0111i b\u1ed9 12 feet ph\u00eda tr\u01b0\u1edbc xe bu\u00fdt v\u00e0 nh\u00ecn xem \u0111\u00e8n \u0111\u1ecf xen k\u1ebd \u1edf ph\u1ea7n tr\u00ean c\u00f9ng c\u1ee7a xe bu\u00fdt tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ecdc c\u00f3 nh\u1ea5p nh\u00e1y kh\u00f4ng. N\u1ebfu \u0111\u00e8n nh\u1ea5p nh\u00e1y, h\u1ecdc sinh ph\u1ea3i nh\u00ecn v\u00e0o t\u00e0i x\u1ebf v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ee3i t\u00e0i x\u1ebf ra hi\u1ec7u cho qua \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng. N\u00f3i nh\u1ecf v\u00e0 l\u00e0m theo h\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn c\u1ee7a t\u00e0i x\u1ebf.
