HONOLULU \u2014 The Hawai\u2018i State Department of Education (HIDOE) announced today that four previously suspended school bus routes in Central O\u02bbahu and East Hawai\u02bbi Island will be reinstated starting Monday, Sept. 30, restoring service for more than 70 student bus riders at three schools.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The latest restored routes will be serviced by bus service provider Ground Transport Inc. Parents and guardians of student riders will be notified directly of restored routes and any necessary route modifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The following school bus routes will resume service, effective Monday, Sept. 30.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Efforts to restore the remaining 38 suspended bus routes are ongoing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Ground Transport is working to restore a route to the Kahakuloa area on North Maui that services Waihe\u02bbe Elementary, \u02bb\u012aao Intermediate and Baldwin High.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ang Ground Transport ay aktibong nagre-recruit ng mga bagong driver, na ginagamit ang emergency na proklamasyon ng gobernador upang i-streamline ang proseso ng pagkuha.
