quickly among disputing parties. This agreement is enforceable in any state court of competent jurisdiction or a United States district court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If mediation does not result in a successful resolution, the parties may exercise their right to resolve the matters in dispute through the state written complaint or due process complaint procedures.
