The Monitoring and Compliance Branch (MAC), IDEA Team, under the Office of Strategy, Innovation and Performance, supports the implementation of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2004 (IDEA) and Hawai\u02bbi Administrative Rules (HAR), Chapter 60 requirements to improve educational outcomes for students with disabilities and their families.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
