Updates will be provided as pertinent information is available.<\/p>\n<div class=\"article-contents\">\n<div id=\"ctl00_PlaceHolderMain_PageContentRichHtmlField__ControlWrapper_RichHtmlField\" class=\"ms-rtestate-field\" aria-labelledby=\"ctl00_PlaceHolderMain_PageContentRichHtmlField_label\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<p>The Department has been working with environmental consulting company Ford &amp; Associates to conduct bi-weekly wipe tests on floors, window sills and outside walkway surfaces of Lahaina classrooms to detect for lead and arsenic. The lab is able to detect as low as 1 \u03bcg\/sq ft of lead and arsenic.<\/p>\n<p>None of the samples taken as of April 2024 have returned results above the analytical methods&#8217; detection limit.
