It is an individualized plan that helps students identify their goals and prepare for life after high school, whether that includes postsecondary education, career and technical training, military service, or entering the workforce.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The PTP is developed and updated throughout high school through a collaborative process involving the student, their parent(s)\/guardian(s), and school personnel to support a successful transition to adult life.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">N\u0101 alaka\u02bbi <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The PTP supports the <a href=\"\/haw\/academics\/graduation-requirements\/\">Vision of a Hawai\u02bbi Public School Graduate<\/a> by helping students become lifelong learners who are globally competitive and locally committed.
